Instruction with video is a tremendous advantage in any form of teaching motor skills. Visual learning is the key to improvement. Shaughnessy Golf uses video to capture your golf swing and analyze it so that you can see exactly what is happening in your golf swing.
An important component in any lesson is visual feedback, instant video replay sets the mental image for the student to alter their swing, and this is where traditional instruction without video fails. Only after you are able to alter the perception of the technique will you be able to alter the actual physical technique and begin to build corrections into what is referred to as “muscle memory.”
At the end of each lesson, you will receive a text and or email telling you that a video summary of your lesson in your online “locker” so you can always have your lesson to refer to as a reminder when practicing.
